VS CONTROLLER ADJUSTMENT

Please open the top cover of the controller, you can see up and down the arrangement of the five adjustable resistors, please use a small screwdriver in order to adjust, adjust the slow rotation UNIT FUNCTION DESCRIPTION ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS VR1 (ST3) Stability adjustment (With the load time constant adjustment) The clockwise direction increases the time constant The counterclockwise direction reduces the time constant VR2 (CAN) Gain adjustment (With the load time constant adjustment) The clockwise direction increases the gain, but more than will cause motor vibration                  VR3 (TRL) Limit the output voltage (Limit motor maximum output torque) The clockwise direction increases the torque rating The counterclockwise direction reduces the torque rating VR4 (SFS) Buffer adjustment (The rate of increase in the speed at which the motor starts) The clockwise direction increases the buffer time The counterclockwise direction reduces the buffer time VR5 (NFB) Speed adjustment (Limit the maximum speed of the motor) The clockwise direction increases the rated speed The counterclockwise direction reduces the rated speed
